Dewey's pizza opened its doors at 3265 W Market St in Fairlawn, OH. With just a handful of tables and a wood-fired oven, the community welcomed us with open arms. Our signature crust recipe — still used today — made its debut that very first week.
Expanding the Kitchen
Growing demand led us to renovate and expand our kitchen, doubling our capacity. We introduced our catering program, bringing Dewey's pizza to weddings, corporate events, and neighborhood gatherings across Summit County.
